Mark and Aleta Smith are descendants of pioneer families of the Sequim/Dungeness Valley.  Aleta's family arriving in the late 1800's and Mark's in the early 1900's.  Both being born and raised in this beautiful valley it was only natural to raise their family here.  Daughters, Jode and Jacquie have strong ties to the family business and the Sequim Valley, although both now live elsewhere pursuing their families & careers, with husbands Marty and Rick.

Owned and operated by family members, we have the knowledge and ability to develop properties for commercial and residential uses.  We have been developing commercial and residential properties in Clallam County for over 35 years.  We are here to stay folks!
